Thanks to the generosity of families and staff during our fundraising events and the kindness of the wider community we are currently looking at enhancing the provision we provide to children. A £500 donation from the Masons in Gainsborough is being spent on a range of musical instruments for both sites. Three keyboards arrived this week and African drums are amongst the percussion instruments on their way.
In addition, we will use a percentage of the Friends of the School fund to help towards paying for a trip to The Lincolnshire Show, which we hope to attend this year.
Mr Duke has spoken to the Head Girl and Boy about the selection of new end of year trophies. The Junior Leadership Team will have the responsibility for selecting them to replace the old trophies which found a home last year.
We will be looking to further improve the quality of outdoor provision at the Laughton site too as well as enhancing the sport and computing resources.
