The aim of music is to develop the children’s sensibility to, their understanding of and their enjoyment of music. This is achieved through being actively involved in listening, composing and performing. As well as key skills being taught, the children use these skills by taking part in regular musical activities, singing, playing and performing. We are proud as a school to regularly take part in the Church Schools' Festival. We also provide opportunities for children to learn instruments, including the ukelele, thanks to the Lincolnshire Music Service. For the last three years, children in key stage 2 have attended the incredible Young Voices concert at Sheffield Arena: an unforgettable experience.
