Lord

Let us pray together.

Give us the courage to face the challenges today.

Grant us the strength to show compassion to everyone. 

Help me to put trust in people and in myself.

Let us give hope to those in need.

Help us to be thankful for giving us everyone we care for.

Please bless and help our friendship family through the day. 

Amen.

Afternoon prayer: God our Father

God our Father,

We come to say,

‘Thank You for your love today,

Thank You for our family

And all the friends you give to me.

Guard me in the dark of night,

And in the morning, send your light.’

Amen.

Celebration Worship Prayer

Father,
thank you for giving me
a mind that can know
and a heart that can love.

Help me to keep learning every day of my life-
no matter what the subject may be.
Let me be convinced that all knowledge leads to you
and let me know how to find you and love you
in all the things you have made.

Encourage me when learning is difficult
and when I am tempted to give up
Enlighten me when my brain is slow
and help me to grasp the truth held out to me.

Grant me the grace to put my knowledge to use
in building the kingdom of God on earth
so that I may enter the kingdom of God in heaven.
