Unfortunately, we have been advised that we cannot refund parents’ initial trip deposits until we receive confirmation from our insurers that our claim for reimbursement has been accepted.
However, Miss Miller will be refunding you the rest of your payments this week, via ParentMail.
We will let you know about the refund of your initial deposit as soon as we hear back from our insurers.
