Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Clover had a wonderful time at Lincoln Mosque this morning and were eager to share their experiences on return. Islam is such a peaceful religion and it is vital we provide children with experiences which show how Muslims worship and consider those in need.
The children asked superb questions and Mrs Batey, Mrs Marrison and Mr Parman (school governor) were so impressed with their knowledge. Thank you for representing the school so superbly.
We have added a special page to celebrate BcL500 Words with photographs from the presentation evening. See the 'News and Events' tab.
After weeks of designing, experimenting and researching, Fig finally got the opportunity to explode their incredible volcanoes today. The atmosphere outside was incredible as the children created a ring of fire and waited for the chemical reaction to happen.
Well done to Mrs Geraghty, Mrs Wright and Fig Class for their volvanic work over the last few weeks.
Mr Duke
We are so grateful for your kind contributions and donations to the charities we support. Following Children In Need (£220.55) on Friday 17th November, we have now raised over £800 for three charities since September. In addition, over 50 shoeboxes were collected for Samaritan's Purse.
I know those who benefit would thank you enormously.
You have very kind hearts.
Mr Duke
We are delighted to tell you that after the great success of the Scholastic Book Fair (over £500 worth of books bought) we were awarded £205 to spend on books for the school.
We have selected a range of books for each library and teachers also selected books for their classroom.
Thank you so much.
Mr Duke & the librarians.
