As children reach upper key stage 2 they take on more responsibility in school.

These include:

• Junior Leadership Team (all KS2) voted for democratically (Mr Duke)
• Librarians (including supporting younger readers)
• Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs) (Mrs Fernandez)
• Greta's Gang! (Mrs Geraghty)
• Online Safety Officers (Mrs Sleight)
• Collective Worship Council (Mrs Batey)
• Team Captains (representing Humber, Witham, Ancholme & Trent)
• Register Rangers
• Reading Monitors
• Sports Leaders
• Hero Helpers
• BcL DJs (our music maestros!)
• Team Point Collectors at KS1 & KS2

At KS1, children will establish a 'Caring for the Church' group supported by Mrs Brown. This is an infant version of the Collective Worship Council. This group will use our Christian Values to work collaboratively on a range of activities including links to the church in Laughton as well as preparation for Worship.
